Surveillance avec décadence

CFTV de presídio em Minas é usado como TV interativa dos agentes penintenciários.
As gravações, que constituem uma espécie de reality show em estado bruto, servem para alimentar o telejornal e eventualmente como evidência em processo criminal.
As câmeras buscam os acontecimentos, o que leva a crer que o "vigia" estava atento ao que ocorria, mas como "cinegrafista", "espectador" - ou voyeur. O repórter sensacionalista se pergunta "porque eles preferiram filmar em vez de repreender as ações criminosas?"
